Mekanism alone does not supply the add-on’s blocks. Review the mod list and the creator’s version notes. If the source version could not be detected, a version in the filename is not a compatibility guarantee.
Inspect the structure and connections
Use the layer view and material list to inspect the body, interior and surrounding equipment. Check whether the file includes supply and output systems, and leave room for connections when placing it.
Keep the source before converting
Use the local conversion tools if you need another schematic format. Conversion does not replace the required mods; verify ports, inventories and add-on-specific data in a test world after importing.
Common questions
Why do similarly named reactors have different materials?
Different mods may use the same machine name. This collection requires parsed mekanism_extras blocks so unrelated reactor designs are not mixed together.
Can I use a 1.20.1 build in 1.21.1?
Check the add-on’s corresponding releases and the creator’s instructions. Format or version conversion alone does not guarantee that a machine will function across releases.
